Total payment of the reservation: 30 days before your arrival.
Deposit of a deposit on arrival:
-800 € for Le Clèfle des neiges
-1000 € for Chalet Polaris
We remain flexible !!
We suggest that you book your vacation with complete peace of mind and we undertake to reimburse you for your entire stay until the day of your arrival if:
- Les Menuires ski resort and / or the ski lifts officially announce their closure due to Covid19
For any other cancellation:
Any cancellation up to 30 days before entering the premises will result in the loss of the deposit already paid;
Any cancellation from the 30th day before entering the premises until the day of arrival will result in the loss of the total amount of the stay.
You will arrive in a fully cleaned and disinfected apartment.
Pets are not accepted in our accommodations.
The accommodation is no-smoking.
Before your departure, we ask you to:
- leave the apartment in an orderly and acceptable condition
- remove all waste and recycling
- leave the kitchen clean
- wash, dry and clean all dishes
- undo the beds and stack sheets / towels in the laundry room
- put furniture and other items in their original position
- respect the neighbors
- respect the rules of the sauna, jacuzzi and wood stove, detailed in the accommodation.
